From large multi-site operations to in-home services in Indiana, we as a team share a collective passion for the delivery and efficacy of the therapies we provide. We have spent years working to better understanding both the clinical delivery model but also the importance of effective operations to support our ongoing efforts. Through our passion for both the clinical and operational sides of ABA we formed Be Unique! A different approach from the ground up in creating a better environment for all those involved in this work.
Kailee Van Every - Owner/Clinical Director
With a total of 18 years in ABA working across the country and in many facets of the industry. Kailee brings a high level of clinical understanding, a passion for the ongoing development and efficacy of our therapies as well as a drive to give back to the ASD community.
Beau Ritchie - Owner/Operations Director
With over 15 years in healthcare operations, Beau is passionate about the behind the scenes of the business. Supporting our facilities, IT, and operations functions, ensuring that we have the resources needed to drive success in our day to day.
